Yaskawa J1000 VFD Inverter Power and Control Wiring Connection

Introduction:

Yaskawa J1000 VFD Inverter with a selector switch and an 8-pin 220V AC relay, you will need to follow these steps:

Power Connection:

1-Connect the L1 and L2 terminals of the VFD to the AC power supply.

2-Connect the ground terminal of the VFD to the ground of the power supply.

Control Wiring:

1-Connect the COM terminal of the selector switch to the 24V terminal of the VFD.

2-Connect the NO (Normally Open) terminal of the selector switch to the RUN terminal of the VFD.

3-Connect the NC (Normally Closed) terminal of the selector switch to the STOP terminal of the VFD.

Relay Wiring:

1-Connect the 220V AC power supply to the coil terminals of the relay.

2-Connect one of the relay coil terminals to the NO (Normally Open) terminal of the relay.

3-Connect the other relay coil terminal to the COM terminal of the relay.

4-Connect the COM terminal of the relay to the RUN terminal of the VFD.

Motor Connection:

1-Connect the U, V, and W terminals of the VFD to the corresponding terminals of the motor.

2-Connect the ground terminal of the motor to the ground of the power supply.
